Unfortunately, it's been alternately like this and dark, storming and POURING rain. It comes in cycles.
I didn't get a chance to eat my oatmeal this morning, so I'm eating it now, since 'I didn't get a chance to eat my oatmeal this morning' actually means 'I didn't get a chance to eat anything this morning.' So I had my leftovers from dinner, bagel thin and a granola bar for lunch. I was still hungry, but I told myself to wait and see if it settled. It did, but I'm still hungry. So I'm having my cinnamon roll oatmeal, coconut and peanut butter concoction.
Doesn't it just look fabulous? Actually, it looks kiiiind of like vomit mush. But it tastes delicious. It also means the end of the peanut butter, so it looks like I'll be grinding some peanuts in our mini food processor tonight.
In addition to being hungry, I'm also sleepy. I wish Starbucks delivered (new business idea, anyone?) but they don't, so I'm taking advantage of our Tully's Coffee Machine.
The coffee isn't great, but I'm a big fan of the mocha button. Plus, it's a whole mug for fifty cents. You can't really beat it.
Bad news: our dishwasher is broken, but good news: it should be fixed tomorrow. Unless of course, the repairman can't fix it, for some reason.
And see? In the time it took me to write this entry, it's back to being dark and cloudy again. Hmph.
